19 real estate agents in Westleigh, NSW, 2120

We engaged Amy and her team, knowing that they were the leading real estate agents in this suburb, with a great reputation and personal recommendations to back this up. We were not disappointed as their engagement with us was extremely professional and very helpful. Their communication with us was regular, comprehensive and clear — everything that we could have expected or asked for. Despite the decline in the market, they worked diligently to achieve a sale at a price we were most happy with. Their knowledge of the local market was exceptional, and they kept us informed of what was able to be realised in the current circumstances. We appreciate this frankness. We would not hesitate to recommend Amy and her team to other sellers in this area.

Amy was most professional and friendly right from the first meeting. She explained the whole selling process so it was very easy to understand. Throughout the whole process of organisation of the marketing, open homes and feedback she was excellent. Amy rang each week to report on the open homes attendance and as time went on and the market was slow she made suggestions as to what we could do to facilitate the process in terms of marketing and the website. Amy explained what was happening on the market with prices etc and after regular weekly discussions we finally sold the home for a very good market price. The whole process took about 4 weeks which we were very happy with. Amy was a pleasure to work with and be guided by and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home through Ray White.

Quick, pleasant communication. They made buying the property a painless experience

Dion & Julian made our buying experience incredibly pleasant and stress-free. Dion was exceptionally helpful and kept us fully informed from start to finish with clear, constant communication. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Dion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is incredibly professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. We had so many questions throughout the process, and he answered every one with patience, honesty, and care. His communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and well informed. He is exceptional at what he does, and we couldn't be happier with both the outcome and our experience working with him.

Dion was very honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond always happy to answer any of our queries and advise. The communication, mutual trust and knowledge enabled a great result.

Karen has been the most amazing agent and has gone far beyond what she had to to assist us in selling the home. She has been thoughtful and kind and helped us with all aspects of preparing the home for sale while we live far away. We honestly could not have achieved what we did without her assistance at every step. I highly recommend Karen Page as an agent who is far more than a property seller. Thank you Karen!

Karen was outstanding throughout the entire sale. We had to sell at possibly the worst time in many years and she was professional, knowledgeable and honest, with a strong understanding of the local market and a clear, well-considered approach to pricing, presentation and marketing. Karen communicated with us regularly, explained every step clearly and was always available to answer our questions. Her advice was practical and reassuring, and we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. What particularly stood out was how far Karen went beyond the usual responsibilities of a real estate agent. She provided invaluable assistance in helping us prepare the house for sale, coordinating what needed to be done and making what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. She was also compassionate and genuinely understood the emotional significance of selling this home. She listened carefully to our concerns, particularly our hope that the eventual purchaser would appreciate and love the home as much as we had. She treated those concerns with respect and never made us feel that the sale was simply a transaction. Her professionalism, attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills gave us complete confidence throughout the campaign. We are extremely grateful for Karen’s support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who combines excellent real estate knowledge with genuine care, integrity and commitment.

Karen is a pleasure to work with, she genuinely cares about what she does and who she is working with. Karen will go above and beyond in supporting both buyer and seller to help ensure the best outcome is achieved.
