We recently needed to sell a property on behalf of my mother in law who is now in a nursing home. A bit of a complicated process with Power of Attorney etc We initially asked just for an appraisal from Jordan as he is nearby. Once we had met him, we realised we didn't need to interview any other agents. He is straightforward, professional and knows the market and completely understood the situation. We found we were able to trust him from day 1 and were not disappointed. The preparation for the sale took quite a while but we were never hassled or pushed. He provided excellent suggestions on where to spend small amounts to create a much better appearance in the apartment and suggested trusted local service providers who were all reasonable and easy to deal with.
