I contacted Jordan as I had been watching his results online. So I rang Jordan and asked for an over the phone appraisal on my unit. He gave me a price above what the last unit in building had sold for. I asked him if he could closer to what I wanted which was around 50k higher Within a few weeks Jordan had sold my unit very close to what I was hoping for and to be honest it was a good price for it considering previous sales. Very easy to deal with and always kept me upto date with everything that was going on along the way and done the extra yards to make the sale and price happen. Found the new home on Realestate.com. We were 5 minutes early for the first 'home open' at 1pm. We put in an offer there and then. We had a signed contract by 5pm. Jordan therefore had no problem selling us the place. But what stood out was the efficiency of his staff and their amenable approach to us.
