Found the new home on Realestate.com. We were 5 minutes early for the first 'home open' at 1pm. We put in an offer there and then. We had a signed contract by 5pm. Jordan therefore had no problem selling us the place. But what stood out was the efficiency of his staff and their amenable approach to us.
