Joseph helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding performance from Joseph Lombardo!

We were extremely fortunate to have Joseph as our agent, to take care of the sale of our unit. As first time sellers, Joseph did an excellent job in explaining the process of marketing and sale. Drawing on his vast experience on the property market, Joseph provided us with very good advice on how to navigate each step, for the best possible outcome. During the process, Joseph demonstrated a proactive approach, always keeping us up-to-date on any developments. Joseph's task wasn't easy, since we had a very demanding schedule and changing timelines. However, Joseph demonstrated outstanding skill and adaptability in the challenging environment. He consistently kept in touch with interested parties, which combined with his overall performance, led eventually to an exceptional result. We would highly recommend Joseph to anyone, and we will not hesitate to engage him again in the future!
