Easy to deal with, competent agent

Joseph managed the whole thing from getting work done on the apartment beforehand, to the auction. He kept us informed and was very efficient. He worked hard in the lead up to auction and we got a good result at an uncertain time in the market. We'd use him again if we ever had to sell again. Also just a friendly guy and easier to get on with than many other agents.
