I think Josh has a lot of expertise and we were referred to use him based on others experience. We did pay more than you pay for other agents which we were fine with being we were using Josh. The dissapointing part is we went with this firm to use Josh and paid the extra as we specifically wanted Josh however it was not Josh who dealt with the sale as was agreed to. It is a bit hard to give a star rating as above as I do believe Josh has 5 star when it comes to his skill and knowledge but we only dealt with him on the sign up.
