Josh has a unique approach to selling houses and it’s ultimately built on getting foot traffic through the door and driving interest in a property. His knowledge and experience locally allowed us to have a pretty understanding of where we sat in the market but not wanting to rule out anything we were open to his strategy. It worked and we had many groups through and multiple offers to work with. Josh was great to deal with, always keeping us in the loop and his team are second to none for assisting first time sellers through the process. Would 100% use him again and would highly recommend.
