Josh and his team were so knowledgeable, helpful and very prompt with all replies to emails and texts. Josh came to see us Monday he arranged photos. Thank you to the photographer for his lovely photos. A sign was ordered and by Thursday the house was on the market. We had house open on Saturday and a week later it was sold and Josh got us a good price. Just 10 days from start to finish. The girls in the office were very happy to help at anytime. Thank you to Grace for all her help. They made the sale of our house so quick and easy, so no stress. We cant thank them enough for everything they have done. This is our last move. Josh has a unique approach to selling houses and it’s ultimately built on getting foot traffic through the door and driving interest in a property. His knowledge and experience locally allowed us to have a pretty understanding of where we sat in the market but not wanting to rule out anything we were open to his strategy. It worked and we had many groups through and multiple offers to work with. Josh was great to deal with, always keeping us in the loop and his team are second to none for assisting first time sellers through the process. Would 100% use him again and would highly recommend.
