We found Josh Brockhurts/Century 21 to be a very thorough real estate agency. Josh was the negotiator for deals etc but all their tasks are run through the office so you deal with several people throughout your Sales process. We found them to be very professional and would recommend the company. Josh can seem pushy which would not suit all clients but he does get results. Our home was valued for sale at $30000 more than actual sale price achieved - unsure if this was a reflection on the market or perhaps if we had waited longer to sell more could have been achieved. It is hard to tell but we did achieve more we had initially hoped for.
The team at Team Brockhurst did an outstanding job selling our home. Josh gave us the answers that we needed to set a realistic selling price for our home, and ultimately sold it in just three weeks. Well done team.

Knew the local market inside out (better than the original real estate agent who was based in the local area who I had originally had selling my house who were absolute rubbish!).
