We have just used Josh to sell our investment property and we cannot rate him highly enough - ecstatic with our results. From the first time Elli & I stepped foot into 14 O'Halloran Street, we knew it was going to be for us. Josh was fantastic during the inspection - friendly, not too direct and intimidating - and let us browse at our leisure (something we found important). He was open in the discussions about the property - and any questions we had. We placed an offer on the property the next day and Josh kept in constant contact over the coming week with news & updates on our offer status. He also insisted that we meet with him to go over the offer in person, to add extra information to our offer to boost our chances with the vendor. We found Josh to be extremely approachable, and always had time for us - even though we knew he had many offers on the property. I had thought that I would have to spend time I didn't have flying down to Adelaide to manage this process. Instead I found that Josh went above and beyond the call to organise all of the little things that needed doing to get the best price for the house.
