We first met Josh through a letter box drop that he had done in our area. We asked Josh to come around to our house and give us some advice on the direction we should take with our renovation. He was always willing to come and have a friendly chat about things usually in his own time and he made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making an how they would be perceived in the market place. There were a few hiccups with building inspectors due to the age of the property however Josh managed to resolve these and find a buyer despite the considerable setbacks. Generally, Josh is a personable, genuine, no nonsense guy that will give you good, honest advice during what can be a very stressful time.
