We first met Josh through a letter box drop that he had done in our area. We asked Josh to come around to our house and give us some advice on the direction we should take with our renovation. He was always willing to come and have a friendly chat about things usually in his own time and he made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making an how they would be perceived in the market place. Eventually, we decided to sell our home through Josh. This was our first home and we had grown very fond of it and had invested a lot of time, money and energy and Josh was there to offer us advice and comfort throughout the process. We decided to sell our house at a rather difficult time leading into Christmas - Josh did not recommend this timing however he understood we had already purchased another property and need to sell fast! There were a few hiccups with building inspectors due to the age of the property however Josh managed to resolve these and find a buyer despite the considerable setbacks. Generally, Josh is a personable, genuine, no nonsense guy that will give you good, honest advice during what can be a very stressful time. I highly recommend and will definitely use Josh again in the future
