I found Josh to be a keen enthusiastic young man who would employ a conscientious effort towards the task he was set. On all occasions he was polite & courteous & kept his cool during some very difficult situations. He was also up against it as @ the time the selling market was lousy but he still continued to try to get the best price possible.
