I am writing this review to state my experience of selling my house with Josie Cheng. My house on Toorak rd, East Hawthorn had an extensive campaign with a very well known agent in Hawthorn. This agency was not able to bring an offer in writing to the table not even a low ball one and the auction was passed in. Josie was very clear about what she was planning to do, she asked me what I would accept and she didn't try to mess me about with a whole lot of hobbledy goo about how "everything is changed and you'll have to take a lower price" She does not over promise and under deliver. She is energetic, forthright and gets the job done. Honest and trustworthy you need to be up to the mark yourself and give her the right information so she can sell your house on your instructions. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
