Joy made it her mission to work for the buyer and have our property sold ASAP. There was no Joy during the whole campaign period as we were harassed and pressured to sell at a lower price. This tactic was erroneous and the proposed price, was substantially lower than the market value. This is in comparison to the price that was proposed by her initially by 15-20% sighting that the market was slow/down and that we had to be realistic. She was passive aggressive through the whole communication process. We would not recommend her to anyone that is looking for an agent to work in their best interest, rather look for Joy when all else fails. We were also given a false statement/review to submit. Is this good ethical practice?
