Juan negotiated with the vendors to ensure we got the house and at a great price. The only negative was that we felt very rushed when putting in our offer. Another couple were inspecting the house just after us, so we had to fill out the contract very quickly and didn't get a chance to go through it properly. As first home buyers, it would have been better if we went through the contract with Juan throughly to ease any of our concerns. We are very excited to move in in a couple of months.
