My mum recently went into a nursing home. Due to the circumstances, we were placed in a position where we had to sell her house quite suddenly, and with a level of emotion involved from both my mum and myself. Judy is a great agent. Knows her coastal properties and areas well. Judy called or texted every few days with the progress of the sale. Her negotiation skills are excellent.

I was very impressed with Judy's professionalism, market knowledge, empathy and individual attention. My property was a reasonably unique one in the local area which was always going to appeal to a limited number of buyers. I felt that Judy 'got it' in relation to what the property offered - beyond the normal land area, number of rooms etc and this showed through in her approach to marketing (including how it was positioned in the market place), responses to potential buyers, and negotiation.
