As a purchaser of many homes over the years, dealing with selling agents hasn't always been a pleasurable experience. Judy managed to find the perfect balance of striving for a great result for her vendors, while representing our interests at all times. Calls were promptly returned, requests were actioned and a great deal of flexibility was shown at all times.
Selling a home can be very stressful, however from the beginning of our relationship with them , it was obvious that Judy, Rod and Bianca have an excellent array of communication methods that kept us informed at all times. There recommendation to use a professional to prepare our home for sale, the excellence of the photographer and subsequent brochure were of the highest standard. Our home sold in 12 days with seven showings in total (some not advertised). In the end a stressful time ended positively and we highly recommend this skilled and knowledgeable team.
