Judy was professional and courteous in her dealings with me. Although she was the agent for the vendor she was fair and relatively open with me and allowed me to inspect the house multiple times and arranging a building inspection prior to the final offer. We had been looking for a property in West Beach for many years and had been to dozens of open inspections. Rod and Judy were the ONLY agents who always followed up. They knew the neighbourhood, what had been sold, what was coming up and all the back stories. What stands out for me is a visit to one property where Rod greeted me with a friendly "What are you doing here, this isn't the property for you?". He was correct, it wasn't, but it stood out for me that they knew their audience, who was looking, and what they were looking for.
