A step into the world of real estate is an arduous task for the inexperienced. Julia's reliability, skill, persistence and professionalism enabled us to achieve a sale at the top end of our expectations in a time frame well below the average. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective vendor as an industrious and enthusiastic sales professional, energetic and extremely well presented.

Purchasing your first property can be a daunting task however Julia made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, offering support and sharing her knowledge whenever possible. Julia will be my first point of contact when I plan to buy and/or sell in the future!

Julia has been a delight to work with. She has a friendly professional approach which made us feel comfortable during the sale of our property. I have found some other agents to be pushy and rude so it has been refreshing to deal with a down to earth lady who always has her clients best interests at heart.

We were very pleased with Julia's attention to detail and her personal service in the handling of this unit purchase. We would have no hesitation in using her again for further Gold Coast purchases.

We would like to thank Julia for her professional and friendly service with going above and beyond helping with our purchase. Your commitment and dedication to getting items finalised before and after settlement was appreciated. Julia's warm and no nonsense approach to the existing tenants was also appreciated. We felt we could trust Julia acting on our behalf ensuring our requests would get done. We have no hesitation in recommending Julia to our friends and family should you wish to buy or sell. This is just the start of our investment portfolio and could not have asked for a better start. Thanks Julia Andrew & Karen
