Julian was a great communicator, demonstrated compassion in his approach which imprinted genuineness for me. He was reliable because it took me 2 years to sell my house and he always kept in touch and returned my call promptly right to the end. He offered to support me with the house prep even personally move furniture around should I require it but in the end in was not necessary. His advise was presented with objectiveness which allowed me to make informed decision from when needed. He has been pleasant to professionally work with, I would work with him again.
