Ive bought/sold with Julian on a nunber of occasions now and he out-performs himself each time i deal with him. This sale in particular wasnt easy (dealing with inexperienced, extremely edgy and paranoid purchasers who were proving to be typical time-wasters and a HUGE headache) but Julian massaged the situation and remained professional, patient and committed and was able to get the sale over the line with a very good result; especially given the restrictions and finical circumstances up against him. He managed to: list, promote, sell and settle all the while a comparable unit five doors down being sold by Mancini hasnt gotten so much as an offer in over 6 MONTHS!
