Julian is professional yet provides genuine service. He is straight forward with the facts and easy to communicate with. He is hard working and reliable, he will schedule appointments after hours and answer phone calls around the clock. Would recommend Julian to buy a property through or even sell my own.
JULIAN MONTEBELLO - the only name you need to know when considering an agent for the sale of your property in the Altona area. My first impressions of Julian were positive & I instantly felt assured that I was dealing with a realtor who was professional, compassionate & had everyone's best interests at heart. He worked around the clock communicating with potential buyers and myself in order to achieve the best result possible for all parties. I can't praise Julian's efforts and abilities enough!
I interviewed a few agents to sell my house. You come across some who like your cheap cars sales man and others who are not but lack drive and enthusiasm for the job they do. Julian was a great communicator, demonstrated compassion in his approach which imprinted genuineness for me. He was reliable because it took me 2 years to sell my house and he always kept in touch and returned my call promptly right to the end. He offered to support me with the house prep even personally move furniture around should I require it but in the end in was not necessary. His advise was presented with objectiveness which allowed me to make informed decision from when needed. He has been pleasant to professionally work with, I would work with him again. I think he stands out because he does not talk too much, he says how it is with mannerism, kindness and respect.
Julian was extremely professional throughout the whole process, answered all our queries promptly and was available after hours and on weekends during the whole process. He really went above and beyond for his clients but also made us the buyers feel valued.
I never thought that working with a real estate agent would be a good experience let alone a great one. Julian was so easy to talk to and work with. He is honest, reliable, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market having lived in and around the area his whole life. He more than exceeded our expectations and the price he sold our house for was reflective of that, coming back to us with an offer well over anything we thought we would get and all of this in the middle of the COVID crisis. Don’t waste your time shopping around for a better agent because you won’t find anyone better than Julian.
Julian was passionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. He doesn't hover over you when inspecting a property, but is ready to answer all your questions and take as much time as needed to answer queries. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others!
Selling was a breeze from start to finish with Julian reassuring and guiding through the process. He worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best result.
Julian was a dream to deal with, he at no point pushed us to make any decisions and guided us with great information at every step. couldn't have asked for a better agent for buying our first home.
Julian was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. He communicated with us every step of the way, knew the suburb and market inside out, and went above and beyond to ensure our purchase went smoothly (and all during stage 3 and 4 lockdown). I highly recommended him.
Do yourself a favor and appoint Julian Montebello as the agent to sell your house. Throughout the sales process, my husband and I both said to each other on numerous occasions, "Thank goodness we chose Julian to work with". He was a pleasure to deal with at every point- professional, personable, he always took the time to answer questions, often "after-hours", explain the process, troubleshoot when required and follow up with interested parties. Julian has a strong understanding of the market and buyers requirements. Julian is genuine and truly skilled at what he does- honest and upfront in his communication and negotiations. Julian worked very hard during a particularly grueling couple of open inspections after lock down, and his follow up and communication with interested parties led to an excellent sales result. We are genuinely grateful of the effort Julian put into our sales campaign and the final result it achieved. We would recommend Julian to everyone looking to sell their house.
It has been an absolute pleasure appointing Julian as our agent for selling our property in Altona. After comparing a few agents in this area we felt Julian has provided the most reliable estimate and later the result proved he was correct. During the sales campion, there has been multiple lockdowns. However, Julian didn't not even show any hesitation until the final result archived. In this result oriented industry we would high recommend Julian's service.
Julian helped us sell our house as COVID-19 was really taking hold. Julian’s local knowledge is second to none and his experience in and around the area was super helpful. His communication and information during the whole process was amazing. Very easy to deal with and always kept us abreast of what was going on. In the end, we sold our price within our asking range and were wrapped. Especially as we were in stage four lockdown! We couldn’t recommend Julian highly enough.
