We had been looking for a new home in Altona for quite sometime when we saw 9 Heritage Court come on to the market. We initially met Julian at the open house. It was very busy but he still made time to have a chat with us. He promptly sent the contract of sale to me when requested later that same day and made sure he was available when we wanted to do a private inspection. During the whole negotiation/offer process, Julian was honest and transparent and most importantly patient. In what turned out to be a 10 hour "bidding war", we finally made the highest offer at 10pm, with Julian arriving at our home some 45 mins later with the contract for us to sign, to give us peace of mind that the deal was indeed finalised that night.
