We used Julian to sell our Altona home in September 2019 and after a five-week campaign, we went to auction. Julian handled the auction well; despite a few pauses, he worked the crowd until it well exceeded our expectations. A very happy outcome. Julian is a rare thing among real estate agents – honest. While others had told us they could get a higher price, we felt Julian was being more realistic. In the end, he was spot on and the house sold for what he estimated, almost to the dollar. Being from Altona, he has a great knowledge of the area, its history and its people (he knows everyone!). He often went above and beyond his job scope, doing small things like offering to lend us his leaf blower to do a quick garden clean-up before open for inspections.
