Our experience with selling our house with Julie Mahoney, was good. Julie and her Team helped to make it as stress free as is possible. It was a difficult market to be selling in but Julie came up with the goods at the end. We still think that if we were selling in Townsville again we would not use the Auction process. The agent has some very good practices in place like the fact that the seller of the property that I purchased already had pest and building inspections done, as well as a current pool certificate.
