When i first met Julie i said i would like to sell and move back to Wauchope in the small talk i told Julie that i would love to get so and so $ nothing more was said about the price that day it was just get to know each other which in the long run we could talk like we new each other for years which made me feel at home In the end Julie got $10,000 more then i though i would get Thanks a Million Julie

Julie is the consummate professional. My mother-in-law after 50+ years in her then current home, decided to move and downgrade. The whole sale process was smooth and issue free, and we were constantly updated as to feedback on the open days. Julie was very mindful and caring of my mother-in-law (who is 93) the vendor. This was her little home at the time. Auction Day was terrific (the last weekend before the shutdown in March) with a large turnout. The price obtained was beyond what we expected (and I think McGrath's!). All in all, it was an absolute pleasure working with Julie; she is honest and dependable, and I highly recommend her.
