Justin from the first point of contact was friendly and helpful, he listened to our requirements and concerns and was thoughtful and caring in providing us with the information we required and time to process the whole procedure. Our sale was a bit different as we were selling the house of an elderly family member, it was hard due to sentimental value and dealing with the legal issues that go with caring for a loved one incapable of taking these actions themselves.
