We had narrowed our choice of agent down to two, one of whom was Justin. Justin was in the mix based on the number of sales he had made in the area and the fact that he had recently sold another similar property a few doors away. We had decided to give the property to the other agent based on the fact that he was a bit more flamboyant and struck us as more of a "salesman". He failed to show up for a 3pm meeting on the Saturday afternoon. I immediately decided if he couldn't show up for that meeting he might just miss a scheduled house inspection. While the sale price was slightly below our initial expectations when we decided to sell (formed at the top of the market) to come up only $10K short of that, in a rapidly declining market, was an exceptional effort on his part and we were very happy with the final selling price. I will have another property to sell in the near future at Berkeley Vale and I will unhesitatingly be using Justin to sell that property also.
