I would like to personally thank Justin and Belinda for there tireless efforts in selling my property. Through his first hand knowledge of the local area and superior negotiating skills he was able to convince the buyer that the property was well worth the reserve price and was a good investment opportunity for the future. Justin was able to negotiate a price just shy of the reserve which I was extremely pleased with considering the softening property market and other dwellings being passed in well short of their reserves. I was unable to be in attendance on the day but was constantly kept updated by Justin on developments.
