I am pleased with Justin's knowledge and efficiency during the communication process. I have dealt with very aggressive sales agents in the past, so was surprised with how Justin handled things. I believe a 'nice' sales agent can produce as many KPI as an aggressive one. But I will only recommend the nice ones.

The result was our home sold in 6 weeks (and that includes a 2 week break from inspections over the Christmas & New Year period so we could relax with our family) and for a price that we were extremely happy with. Their commission rates are great, especially in relation to the service they provide. All in all they made selling our home a smooth process - Justin certainly knows his business & is a fantastic agent.
