Josh, Justin and team kept us informed through every step of the sale process. Our auction date coincided with the Covid 19 lockdown. When I started to panic Josh was my voice of reason. He is one cool 'dude' and had a contingency plan for every unforeseen event. The team at Saliba micro-managed all the subcontractors down to the minute of the written schedule. None were late and all were really lovely trustworthy people. Selling a house in a pandemic should have been stressful but with Josh it wasn't. I cannot recommend the Saliba team enough. A great small team that delivers BIG!! I wish I could have a 'Josh' in my pocket for all my financial investments.
