At the first meeting with Kai, I told him, I did not want anyone without finance to bid for the house. But he totally ignored me. He praised himself of being the best real state agent in Queensland ! Kai did an "open house" and advertising on the internet. In a "hot market" he could not even raise one person interested in the house. Other identical houses in the estate, sold within 2 weeks The only person interested was someone ,he had before all his advertising campaign. The whole experience left a "bad taste in" my mouth.
