Our property was somehow a challenge to Kai--"tricky" in his own words. We broke his record in some ways--it took 21 days before a contract came along, which was slow judging on his history. The timing of our sale was another challenge-- federal elections and rise of interest rates were looming over us. But we got through eventually.
