Very impressed with Kai Very straightforward no nonsense approach and negotiation Whilst I am happy with the outcome as a buyer Kai maximised the outcome and contract conditions for the seller (whom he works in the interest of as their agent) Example of this is as the property had an off lease tenancy and I require vacant possession he inserted a clause beyond the normal tick box that both gave myself a clean out if the vacancy was not provided but more importantly as the sellers agent provided the seller with a no legal damages recourse should the worst happen and not able to remove tenant I would recommend Kai for both buying and selling property
