We were introduced to Kannan after he was able to find me a purchaser for our current home in Reservoir and this avoided the hassle and need to go to auction by arranging a series of inspections and finding a purchaser that met our initial sale price. This sale allowed us to then formally inspect a series of properties recommended by Kannan that better catered for our individual needs with a young growing family. As a result of showing us new homes that met our key priorities and that were within our price range, we were able to secure our new family home at a price that didn't exceed our budget. I would have no hesitation recommending Kannan due to his open communication and his ability to provide frequent updates from start to finish. Whilst we were talking to other agents throughout this process to widen our options, it became more and more clear that Kannan's personable approach and most importantly, his extensive local knowledge of real estate prices, led to our ability to find a new home. He kept me informed through out the campaign and from all accounts managed our prospective buyers with respect and enthusiasm.
