Where do I start. Kara and Daniel make a fantastic team. I had my first open on Saturday, I was signing contacts on Tuesday for the price wanted. Kara knows the market so well and was spot on with the listing price. They are absolutely lovely people to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kara knew her stuff. I needed to sell a property quickly and knew of two interested parties who had approached me. I was thinking a quick sale could be achieved by private negotiation with these two individuals. Kara mounted a verry convincing case to go to auction saying this was the best way to arrive at true market value . Fortunately I trusted her experience and judgment, which paid handsome dividend.
