Her up front and can do attitude, and honest communication was a welcome change from other experiences and conversations with other realtors. Their was clear communication throughout the whole process. Great advice and very good direction of where and how to spend money wisely to increase the sale potential in a quickly declining market. Kara was also very mindful that this was my late mothers house and was very thoughtful in all conversations concerning my late mother. Kara also recommended gardeners, cleaners, staging and window cleaners which we used and were extremely happy with. Some of them we have starting using personally for our own homes. Most people will only sell a house a couple of times in their life. The process is intimidating and there's plenty at stake with regards to your financial future (e.g. one agent appraised the house for 200K less than we sold for!).
