Our investment unit had to be sold. It was costing us money as it was empty ie no rental income. The previous tenants left the property in a pretty sad state. I live interstate and did not have the ability to organise trades to get the property to a saleable condition. Karen and her team, especially Chloe, were fantastic. They organised painters, carpet installers and a handyman to transform the property to an as new condition.
