Whilst we are sorry you are not happy; I believe your review is unjustified. From our perspective we have gone above and beyond in your best interests. I know you wanted $1.3m for your property and this was the target price Karen told you she would chase (this is significantly higher than the any other sale in the complex) which we did but we all know no one was willing to pay that much. Don’t forget, prior to Karen inspecting your property it was appraised at $1.2m which we exceeded. On any balanced view, we achieved a very good result for you with a sale price of $1,240,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath semi- detached townhouse in a complex. It was your choice to accept the contract.
Let’s consider everything else we did; We
- Gave helpful advice on presentation and arranged a very competitive part staging quote which you accepted.
- Organized and paid for your core marketing costs – you were consulted and had input to all the marketing materials
- Conducted mid-week, Saturday and Sunday open homes in addition to any and all private inspections and presented you with 4 offers to purchase your property.
- Assisted you to secure a rental and kept an eye on your property (swept floors and netted the pool before every inspection) once you had moved out
- Negotiated an increase in the best offer that you accepted
- Proactively managed your contract smoothly through B&P and finance conditions to settlement
- Communicated with you on an almost daily basis during the entire process
- Arranged a conveyancer for you
- Arranged a truck and 3 people to remove items of yours from the property and take them to your new home at no cost to you
- Even on the day of settlement we responded to a message from you at 7am and immediately went back to property to retrieve an item you had forgotten pre-settlement
Not only is your review unjustified but I challenge you to find any other agent who would work as hard for you on the sale and deliver as good as result.
