We were introduced to Karen and the Team through one of the sellers from whom we were purchasing. As full time workers, it’s hard to find time to get to midweek inspections, especially when bidding in such an incredibly competitive market. That being said, Daniel was able to set up inspections outside of regular hours so that my partner and I could inspect the property before and during sale. As first homebuyers, this was integral for ensuring we felt confident in our offer and our decision to proceed.
