I recently had to sell my father’s property when he entered aged care, it was an incredibly stressful period. When I first met Karen I knew she was the right agent, she offered to take the project completely off my hands organising trades and clean up teams at very little cost to get the house ready for sale. Karen provided an estimated price range and then worked tirelessly to find the right buyer to ensure a smooth and quick sale and settlement. Within 3 days of going on the market and following the first open house we had multiple offers and Karen provided guidance on which was the best to take. The price was exactly where Karen had advised it would be and the settlement was completed in just over a month.
