We first met Karen 7 years ago when she gave us an appraisal on the house we recently sold. We'd seen a number of agents at the time, however, she was the only one we wanted to sell our property with. Karen is confident and her market knowledge is accurate. Which is rare. Lots of other agents over promise, but Karen told us what we could expect and she was 100% right. She is easy to talk to, responsive and gave us the best advice on how to market our house -what is important to buyers and what sells.
