I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the appointment of Karen for the sale of residential property within her selling area. The sale of our Graceville property was not a straightforward process, however with Karen's consistent and complete commitment, we did eventually secure a sale. Adding further complexity and concern for me was the fact I was working in an international location throughout the listing / sale process, though any initial concern associated with my absence proved completely unfounded, purely as a result of Karen's genuine and unwavering commitment to the sale process. I first met Karen as the agent handling the sale of a friend’s house and subsequent assistance with the purchase of my friend’s unit. I was impressed by Karen’s professionalism, but I was more impressed by her friendly, personal approach during this process. Soon after, we were ready to sell an investment unit and Karen was our first choice. The fact that our unit was a little out of her local area made no difference and she was happy to take the brief.
