Only positive things to say about Karen. This is the 2nd time we have used Karen's services to sell our property. Honest, reliable and fast communication from herself and team. Karen is someone you can trust during this process and will happily recommend Karen to anyone wanting to sell their property. Brilliant market knowledge which made us feel confident in her plan to sell our property.

Karen is an exceptional asset to LJ Hooker. She is very knowledgeable, honest and a down to earth person who knows her stuff. She is a great people’s person and our journey with her during the sale of our home had been an incredibly pleasurable one. I would highly recommend her to anyone whether buying or selling. Thank you Karen 👍
Karen and her assistant Georgia were so easy to work with from the beginning. Everything went smoothly and contact with was always timely. At business end the entire team were there for the auction to assist with phone bids. In the end the result was brilliant. As good an experience with an agent as we have ever had.
Karen took over the sale of my property after another agent was unsuccessful in selling it for eight months. From the very start there was a huge difference in the professionalism and the obvious hard work being put in behind the scenes. Karen had groups of people coming to the property from the very start. I highly recommend LJ Hooker’s Karen Van Der Stelt to sell your home.
