My house was on the market for nearly 12 months. We went through a bad time to sell , Christmas and then the dreaded covid pandemic. Karen was at my house every Saturday apart from from when they shut down open houses. Karen's attitude, enthusiasm and determination to sell my house didn't change from day one until sold. When the challenge of covid lockdown became a problem, Karen continue to market my house by way of virtual tours and then organize private viewings. If it wasn't for Karen and her knowledge of the real estate industry and her determination to get the job done I don't it would have sold.
