My bus and and I dealt with Karl Grossman when we were looking for our first house to buy since moving to the Gold Coast. Al too often, you may see companiesorindividuals calling themselves a quality professional company , who puts the customer first and listens to their customer. I had the pleasure of engaging with Karl in the process of buying my first home, post divorce. Having had significant experience in the recent months, and having had absolutely negative associations with Agents, in the selling of my prior home, I was very cautious about agents in general.
