From the very first time we met Karl we were impressed with his enthusiasm and positive attitude in relation to selling our house. Karl shared with us his plan for selling the house and we followed it to a T. This resulted in our house going under contract in under a week!!! After having a dissapointing experience with other agents.. i signed Karl Latham and was blown away at the level of service i received. He went well beyond my expectations and had offers coming in instantly after 6 months of no interest from other agents... when an offer came in above my bottom line that he knew i would accept, he still recommended that i wait and he squezzed more out of that buyer and landed me a nice sale.. Karl and Damian were extremely pro active and easy to work with. Our buyer was a pain at times and these guys managed to make the process easy. Iv dealt with a fair few agents in Cairns now and have noticed Elite are by far the best agents in Cairns.
