Fantastic agents. as we bought out first home, they were the only agent who consistently called when something new came up that suited us. We really felt like they were working for us even though we knew they were employed by the sellers. Then, through out the sale process and even after settlement nothing was too hard. They helped with recommendations and advice on anything we needed. Definitely would recommend them and definitely who we'll be working with when it's time to sell.

Damien McLeod was the agent from Elite who was helping me find my new home. From the start I felt he was sincerely interested in helping me with my search. Being a very organised person I had my criteria for a house on a sheet which I handed to 5 or 6 agents during any open homes I found in the paper. Damien was the only one who got back to me with suggestions that might suit my criteria. He was friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble for him. If he didn't know an answer to a question he would find out and get back to me. During the purchase process, he rang me regularly letting me know what stage we were at. He was also very helpful after the settlement with recommendations for Tradies I might need in the future. Karl touched base with me a couple of times as well to make sure I was happy.
