Our new home was handled by Damien one of Karl's agents. He was a very nice person to deal with, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for him especially the amount of questions we had regarding the house. We also very much appreciated the help he gave us with the owner who allowed us to put our belongings into a room in her house until settlement. This made our move a lot easier and we thank Damien for his help. Damien is very knowledgable about the area and was able to help us with tradesmen etc that we needed after we moved in. Karl from the go get took a good look at the sale of land I owned and advised me on what was required being clearing the land, getting some good photos of the property to highlight it's city views and most importantly a good price to ask for the sale and also the expected price range.
