We decided to sell on 30/9, Karl sold the property on 18/10 and we moved into our newly renovated premises by Nov 22. This must be a record time for buying and selling our home with Elite !

The sale of our property to us was painless. Everything ran smoothly and to date. Access was allowed prior to settlement to enable us to plan for future development. After the property report the sellers rectified the one concern I had. The house was cleaned professionally and some minor problems fixed before the pre-settlement inspection. I wasn't expecting this. Damien was fantastic. He answered questions, could refer me on to reputable companies and showed genuine joy in selling a property for the sellers to a family who will happily live there. If an answer to a question wasn't known he would be honest, and say he didn't know but that he could find out. The sellers even left us their sound system. He had obviously developed an honest, open relationship with the seller as well. Thanks again.
