I am still in shock as to how easy Kate made it for me to sell my house. She was fabulous right from the appraisal stage. Such a calming influence and also very upfront and honest but never pushy. Her communication was excellent as was her advice when I asked for it and she got me a great price. She cared about the conditions I required for settlement as well as the price I sold for. Kate made this experience so much more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. No task was too small and no question was too stupid! She was always readily available even out of business hours and would always check in to see if I was ok. She worked so hard whilst providing humor along the way. Kate is really helpful and communication is absolutely great.
